I come to you Father,
with praise, honor, glory and blessing. I am in awe of who You are –
the source of wisdom, power, beauty and love. You are the source
of mercy, grace and forgiveness. I am in awe of what You have
done – creating our world and the universe. For sending Your Son
to redeem me. For Your pardon and adoption. I praise You, Father.
I come before You Jesus, the Son,
to give You a thousand times more than just thanks. I praise You for
setting aside Your glory, humbling Yourself as a babe and allowing
hatred and evil to put You on a cross. I thank You for covering me
with Your precious blood; all this for a wretch and lost worm as I. I
praise You for redeeming me. For Your covering of righteousness.
For inviting me to send eternity with You.
I yield to You, Holy Spirit,
giving to You the right to convict where confession and repentance
is needed. To teach me the Word. To guide me in the way I should
go. To control my thoughts, words and my witness. To bear Your
fruit through me, pruning as needed. Let me constantly be aware of
Your presence lest I grieve You.
